I’m Joe Leith, an independent consultant with over 20 years’ experience in retail, gaming analytics, workforce management, and data strategy. Most recently I was Director of Retail Analytics at William Hill, where I led major data transformation, estate design and workforce optimisation programmes.I now work with organisations that want practical, high-quality support without the overhead of a large consultancy.
How I Work
I work remotely and keep engagements focused and project-based, so you’re not committing to lengthy or open-ended work.Most projects require just two short calls, one at the start to align on objectives and one at the end to walk through the findings, with the majority of the work delivered through clear written reports that you can review and action at your own pace.I’m also flexible on timing to fit around your existing commitments.
